Horizontal Ring Section Multistage Centrifugal Pump DG6-50X9 for Hot Water
The Sanchang Type DG Multistage Ring Section Centrifugal Pump is a radially split, segmented casing, multistage pump designed with modular interstage components. These identical components can be assembled to produce pumps of varying numbers of stages, hydraulics, materials, and configurations to meet the customer's specific requirements. Its multiple suction nozzle and discharge nozzle orientations allow the DG pump to adapt to multiple piping installations and provide the piping designer with flexibility in plant layout. Multiple hydraulics for each pump size optimize efficiency across a vast range of applications. All intermediate stage components are identical which reduces spare parts inventory. These pumps are particularly well suited for hot water transferring and boiler feed applications. Civil heating supply services, booster service and other high pressure services are applications where the Type DG may be applied.
A horizontal multistage ring section pump, can handle pressures of up to 100 bar or 1,500 psig. Aside from boiler feed applications, it can handle operations for agricultural irrigation, desalination and reverse osmosis, pressure boosting systems, natural gas processing systems, and paper mill shower water.
* With symmetrically arranged impeller rotor components, axial forces generated by all levels of symmetrical impellers forces offset each other and automatic balancing of huge axial thrust within pump cavity can be realized without the balance disc structure.
* Unique throtting and pressure reduction devices, odd-level balancing device.
* Using advanced hydraulic model, independent R&D enery efficient products, Good centering of impeller and guide vane channel and efficiency will not significantly drop as balancing disc wears and rotor components move forward. No leakage of balancing water reduces loss of volume and improves pump efficiency and pump efficiency is on average 2-5% higher than normal pumps.
